Metallisation HaloJet

The HaloJetâ„¢ Thermal Spray System by Metallisation
Metallisation’s HaloJet™ system is a fully integrated solution engineered for advanced thermal spray coating applications. Central to the system is the NanoGun—a compact, high-precision spray gun specifically designed for both internal diameter (ID) and external surface treatments.

Connected via the Lance, the NanoGun works in harmony with the RotaryJet, which delivers precise rotational motion for consistent, even coating distribution. This seamless mechanical integration enables optimal coverage on complex geometries.

The system’s modular architecture incorporates critical control elements, including a dedicated fuel management unit and an Electrical Control Panel that governs power distribution and operational regulation. An intuitive touchscreen HMI (Human-Machine Interface) allows operators to monitor and adjust spray parameters in real-time for improved process control.

A key component of the setup is the Powder Feeder, which ensures accurate, continuous delivery of coating materials into the spray stream. This results in uniform powder flow and high-quality, repeatable coating finishes.

Designed for performance, flexibility, and safety, the HaloJetâ„¢ system supports industry standards for environmental compliance and offers scalable options for a range of industrial coating needs.

Sciteex blast and paint rooms at Fluorocarbon

Metallisation’s collaboration with SciTeeX S.p. z.o.o. has yet again resulted in a hugely successful project installation.

At the start of 2015, Fluorocarbon Surface Technologies approached SciTeeX with a requirement for a new grit blast room at its UK head office in Hertford. Metallisation made the first approach and liaised with SciTeeX and Fluorocarbon Surface Technologies to formalise the full scope which ended up with the addition of a paint room as well.

The video gives details of the 4m x 4m x 4m SciTeeX Cabilux blast booth with in-floor scraper recovery (flat floor design) and grit recycling system. It also shows the 7m x 5m x 5m SciTeeX Venus paint booth with vertical airflow extraction/climate control system.

Metallisation Product Overview

A general product overview of the Metallisation process and product range covering flamespray, arcspray, plasma spray and HVOF systems plus turnkey automation.

Metallisation Flamespray

This video features hand-held and automatic flamesprays, using propane, acetylene fuel or powder.

Flamespray extensions are available for hard to access areas and come in 150, 300 and 450 mm long editions. They can be used using a rotating deflector to spray 180 degrees.

Metallisation Arcspray

Metallisation arcsprays are hand-held and automatic, featuring push/pull or push wire feed. These sprays are used for engineering and anti-corrosion spraying.

Arcspray extensions are also available for spraying internal bores and hard to access areas when hand spraying. These come in 0.15, 0.5, 1 and 1.5m lengths.

Metallisation HVOF

Our HVOF systems use liquid kerosene and offer main flow controls, with a simple touch screen interface and optional gas fuel systems.

Metallisation Plasma sprays

Metallisation’s 50kW plasma spray system offers mass flow control, touch screen operation and up to 100kW options for pistols. Plasma sprays are used for dense, quality coatings like ceramics, cerments, metallic coatings, WC-Co and meet aerospace standards.

Metallisation Turnkey Solutions

Metallisation turnkey solutions are available for PG coating plants and include horizontal and vertical, as well as fully or semi-automatic spraying capabilities. Our turnkey solutions are used for oil industry pipes, ERW tube mill weld repair and MMPI / Multivoid aluminium tube coating systems.

Metallisation METJET-4L HVOF
